Faaiz Rahim Khan

Faaiz has an undergraduate degree from University of Notre Dame, Indiana, and Master of Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley, USA. He has a strong agricultural and business background and has been in the agriculture and textile industries for decades. It is this background that has enabled Data Agro to adapt to market trends, build a loyal base of customers, and develop very high quality seeds. Faaiz founded Data Agro and acts as the CEO of the company.

 

Saman Ghazi Khan

Saman did her Executive MBA from LUMS and Bachelors from Punjab University. She was elected class representative of her EMBA class at LUMS and helped raise and distribute Rs. 8 million for a ration drive during COVID lockdown in Lahore. She founded and ran her own hand embroidered clothes line for 8 years. She is also a philanthropist and worked as treasurer for Developments in Literacy (DIL) Lahore chapter for 5 years. Saman brings her knowledge of Pakistan’s business sector to Data Agro.

 

Salim Husain

Salim graduated with a BSc degree from FC College, Lahore. After graduation, he worked with several firms (A. F. Ferguson & Co, ANZ Grindlays, Levi Strauss & Co.) to build a strong skillset in corporate finance as well as accounting. He also has experience in processing, packing, and selling high quality produce locally and internationally. Salim’s expertise in operations is invaluable to Data Agro.

Dr. Anwar Ul Haq

A Ph.D. in agronomy & soil science from the University of Arkansas, Dr. Ul Haq has been working in agri-business and hybrid seed development for much of his life. His expertise has pushed Data Agro to the cutting edge of hybrid technology in South Asia. When he is not running the Research and Development Department of Data Agro, he trains fellow researchers so that Agro may continue to grow and expand.

 

Saad Khan

Saad is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a former Citigroup ICG trader and RBC wealth manager. He has worked as a Strategic Consultant to the School Education Department of Punjab and has had a hand in major public policy decisions at the provincial level. He brings his expertise in foreign markets, policy, and his commitment to bettering Pakistan through enterprise to Data Agro.

Shahzad Ullah Khan

Shahzad Ullah did his Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Widener University in the States. He was Director Finance for Sheikhoo Cooking Oil and Ghee Mill.
He has managed portfolios via the Karachi Stock Exchange for over 20 years. He owes his passion for agriculture to his family based in Rahim Yar Khan that has practiced it for generations.

 

Dr. Tariq Butt

Dr. Tariq specialized in Environmental Engineering at UET, Lahore. He leads efforts in agricultural construction, utilizing his vast experience as a dedicated project manager.
